ART STORY MAK MOUNTAIN (2018)
When I was travelling through Thailand I had the opportunity to meet and talk with two monks. Luang Pi Big, a real dog lover and Luang Poo, the one with who I could talk (in English) about all kind of conscious topics.

In our conversations we talked among other things about what is the essence of Buddhism. What can we learn from it and how to live with Buddhism to increase our awareness and walk the path of consciousness. Personal I do like Buddhism and the way how I bring part of Buddhism into my life is by:
Good thinking, good talking and good doing

The universe shows us many possibilities about how we can life our lives and from time to time we maybe not always choose the right path towards consciousness. Sometimes when we make a choice about anything and afterwards we don’t feel comfortable or synchronized with the energy/person/situation. These moments remind us that it wasn’t the right decision we had taken. I think it’s a different way of how the universe can teach us, so when the situation happens again we do have and can make a different choice.
Just remember to put good intentions to every thought you think, word you speak and movement you make
The artwork represents the many possibilities and choices we have in our life and the search for a balanced way of living our life. Mirroring gives reflection and shows us what we need to see. The Himalaya in the artwork is on request of Luang Pi Big. Mountains can store our intentions and directions in a safe/secure distance so we can enjoy the journey towards our personal goals. As Marvin Gaye would say: Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.
