Shipping

DIGITAL ART AMSTERDAM sends all artworks worldwide for free.
If the order has arrived us, you will receive a copy of the order to your specified email address. If you did not receive this copy, the order has not arrived with us.

Delivery Times

We sell most items in our gallery in Amsterdam, and our intent is to send all orders within 7-10 business days. Depending on the location of delivery address the order can be delayed with 5-20 business days.

Purchase Agreement

We speak of a contract after placing the order on our online store. In confirmation we will send you an email with all order / address information as you entered it. Mistakes and errors are entirely at your risk and expense. If you still find a mistake in your order please let us know within 24 hours by e-mail.

You can choose from wide range of payment options. After you have made your choice to pay, follow the steps on the screen. Want to get your order delivered prefer a different address, you must also perform at the delivery address.

Exchanges and Returns

DIGITAL ART AMSTERDAM just want to have satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after receipt of your order without reason, and 14 days to return the product. You will be credited the full order amount. Only the costs for the return of your home to the gallery for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to DIGITAL ART AMSTERDAM. To exercise this right, please contact us with your order number on contact@digitalartamsterdam.com. Upon receipt of the artwork, DIGITAL ART AMSTERDAM will transfer you the purchase amount within 7 days to you.
